Glassman格拉斯曼機床（北京）有限公司和中山市Glasfull格拉斯富機械設備有限公司，銷售到阿富汗國內(nèi)第一個現(xiàn)代化鋼化廠項目的全套設備，于2015年8月底完成全部設備的安裝、調(diào)試、培訓和驗收工作。美國政府援建的該項目設計年產(chǎn)50萬平方建筑用鋼化玻璃，廠房占地面積約3000平方。整體工廠的規(guī)劃設計和全部設備均由Glassman格拉斯曼機床（北京）有限公司和中山市Glasfull格拉斯富機械設備有限公司負責提供，客戶的滿意是我們最大的收獲！

1.GM-QGX4028 Cutting-Line玻璃切割生產(chǎn)線：由GM-SP4028-S1 Glass Automatic Loading Machine玻璃自動上片機；GM-QG4028 Glass Cutting Machine切割主機 & GM-BP4028 Glass Breaking Table 分片臺； 共三部分組成。切割優(yōu)化軟件由意大利Optima提供，切割速度180m/min;切割精度≤±0.15mm；

 

 

2. GM-SDLX2525 Glass Double Edger line 玻璃直線雙邊磨邊機：由兩臺GM-SD2520雙邊磨邊機和中間轉(zhuǎn)臺組成。該雙邊機采用PLC+觸摸屏控制，ABB磨頭電機，變頻調(diào)速，Parallel tolerance of processing glass ( mm )   雙邊平行度≤±0.2mm/m， Diagonal tolerance of processing glass  ( mm )對角線精度≤±0.2mm/m。

GM-WZ125P玻璃鉆孔機,該臥式鉆孔機控制系統(tǒng)采用PLC可編程控制器控制，采用氣動壓緊裝置固定玻璃，上、下鉆頭進給有油壓緩沖裝置，可隨意調(diào)整上、下鉆頭自動進給速度和鉆孔深度，可以手動/自動快速切換，帶激光定位裝置，配備有氣動工作臺，適用于大面積平板玻璃和產(chǎn)業(yè)玻璃。

GM-LPS2000是我公司根據(jù)市場需求，設計出的一款PLC控制的全自動立式玻璃噴砂機。適用于對厚度(5-40)mm的平板玻璃進行各類圖案的噴砂雕刻。玻璃通過同步帶輸送,玻璃到達噴砂位置,噴槍通過同步帶帶動,上下往復移動噴砂。噴砂的高度和寬度可根據(jù)需要設定。同步帶傳動平穩(wěn)、效率高、易維護。噴砂升降機構(gòu)裝置設計在機體外,有益于機械能夠長期正常工作與日常維護。采用觸摸屏控制，操作方便，噴砂時可自動探測玻璃的位置。該機配有3把自動噴槍和一只手動噴槍，用手動槍可實現(xiàn)噴雕。；
